We started this boutique because we just truly love providing clothing & accessories that won't break the bank. We are made up of 4 business partners/moms just like you!

Buying Guidelines

  • Item Photos: Not all pre-order product pictures are exactly as the supplier will make them. These are examples and should be too close to the actual product to even matter, but we want you to be aware! Everything we sell as a pre-order is made-to-order for our boutique! Please also be aware that we will only be accepting returns or offering refunds/replacements, if available, when an item is defective.
  • Our Pre-Order Quotas: If we don't meet an item quota, the pre-order will be extended for a couple more weeks so that we have more time to get everyone's orders in! *All Pre-Order close times are EST.*
  • Sizing: We use several different suppliers that make all of our clothing based on different sizing so it is very important to use the size charts provided for measurements and sizing when ordering! Either measure your child or measure a similar item so you will know the correct size to order. From time to time, there will be samples of the products sent to us to test for sizing, but that just isn't possible with every order. Generally, we know how each of our suppliers run in relation to sizing and that will be noted in the description. However, and I can't stress this enough, please measure before ordering or ask us if you're unsure of sizing!
  • Non-payment Policy:
    ✳️Invoices for in stock/ready to ship/RTS items are due paid with 24 hours of when they are sent. We always let you know as soon as we send. Our invoices are found in the email you ordered with.

    ✳️All pre-order invoices are due by the time that order is stated to close in the sale ad on our Facebook group page. If we send those early, just be sure it’s paid by close.

    All non-payers are removed from our Facebook group without warning. We do send reminder invoices and tag you and message you to remind you if we have to, but we won’t be threatening anyone with removal. You’ll just be removed. If you choose not to pay without telling us, that’s ok, but you won’t be permitted to order again. We really hate removing anyone so please stay on top of the items you claim! As always, if you need to cancel an item, it must be done before payment is due. We are more than happy to cancel an order for you if you've changed your mind (before it's paid) or just over-spent that particular week, or whatever it may be...but just let us know! We've all been there. 
  • Return/Refund Policy: No returns without proof of defect. Pictures of defect or product return required before refund or replacement is sent. Just send us a message and we will try to resolve any problem!
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays in production or shipping from our suppliers or domestic shipping delays, but we promise to do our best to get your items to you on time, every time!
  • Cancelations: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason we deem necessary. However, this is never done without just cause. Please notify us if you do not wish to order your item before it is submitted to a supplier if it is a pre-order or before it is shipped if it is in stock. Otherwise, we do not allow cancelations beyond that point.
  • Wholesale Buyers: Domestic shipping cost from us to you will be billed once items arrive, unless you ordered less than 3 items. In that case, you may find it on your invoice now. If shipping cost (and any other agreed upon fees, i.e. PayPal fee for payment processing or duty bills) is not paid by the buyer, items will be held until such time that the buyer pays agreed upon shipping cost/fees or picks items up and signs a waver of the seller's design. Darling Dolls Boutique, LLC is not responsible for manufacturing or shipping delays of any kind; lost shipments from China or lost shipments during domestic shipping; damaged items during shipping; or any manufacturing defects or sizing issues. All Customs issues (if any arise) will be handled by the supplier that we purchase from and/or by PayPal or "Alibaba Trade Assurance." By purchasing through Darling Dolls Boutique, LLC you are agreeing to our “Buying Guidelines” and Terms of Service listed here and within this site.
